Description

The need for in-house training is significant, whether in introducing new employees, on the part of a regular course program or in the introduction of new processes and applications.
The search for in-house trainers is often cumbersome. Of course they do exist, those naturals eager to share their knowledge. Many employees, however, are not comfortable taking on a trainer role to impart knowledge, even though they might have excellent expertise.
The reasons are manifold: Be it the lack of tools, lack of experience, lack of confidence or fear of difficult situations and "unmotivated" participants. Innobrain offers courses in methodology and didactics where all these aspects are taken into account.
Besides the basic presentation skills and the creation of one’s own presentations and short courses, the following topics are covered in this course:

  • Factors of success in education
  • Psychology of learning and didactics
  • Structure and design of a training
  • Visualisation
  • Blending methods and arc of suspense
  • How to use resources and training material
  • Communication – language – body language
  • Stage fright and other trouble makers
  • How to handle criticism and feedback
  • Particular aspects in application training

The duration of the seminar is usually two to three days. The focus is adjusted to the future responsibilities of the participants. After the seminar, the participants are able to approach their training task in a more relaxed manner and to behave correctly even in difficult situations.
If desired, Innobrain ensures the learning transfer by additional coaching in practical training situations.
