Project Description

The way in which a financial institution measures performance and employee development is an important aspect of its corporate culture - and also a critical success factor. Accordingly, the performance appraisal system is regularly reviewed and adjusted. In 2015, additional assessment factors were introduced, and a new IT system came into operation. Innobrain was involved in implementing various projects (see reference "Video Tutorials for HR Information System").
The approximately 15-minutes e-learning about year-end assessment and the new assessment factors tells the story of a small team. With the help of animated drawings (sketches) the participant takes a journey through the adjusted year-end assessments along with team leader Mary and her staff, consisting of John, Michel and Mei Ling.
They start off in a meeting room in which they jointly look at a video recording of an interview with the HR manager. This results in a variety of questions that will be answered in the course of the e-learning. Subsequently, the participant gets to perform the ratings of a team as a team leader, as well as a self-rating as an employee.
