Description
A new format, short and crisp, whereby the participants are rewarded with immense enjoyment. The Head of the internal Training Center had exactly this in mind. And with Innobrain, since the 1990s competent and reliable training partner, he found the right alliance.
The Lunch & Learn event originated in 2001. It was just after the first launch that the Head of the Training Center observed the growing appeal and immediate success of the new format, verifying this ingenious concept.
«Education» and «Entertainment» transformed into «Edutainment» and voilà, a new training method arose. In this one-hour event the trainers not only capture the audience with their vast knowledge but guide the way with charm and wit. Laughing permitted.
The Lunch & Learn events usually come in twos during lunchtime. The first group from 11:00 PM to 12:00 PM, thereafter the second group from 12:30 PM to 13:30 PM. Between the two sessions a rich lunch is offered in the Foyer of the respective Auditorium. Here the participants and trainers can mingle over some snacks, sandwiches and drinks paving the way for networking which is much popular to both company and employees.
