Project description

Due to the financial market crisis in 2008 the EU revised the guidelines of MiFID (Markets in the Financial Instruments Directive) and put more emphasis on investor protection. MiFID II became effective as of 01.01.2018 throughout the EEA and applies to all financial institutions.

The regulatory requirements for increased transparency and full documentation impact the entire advisory process. The aim of the training measures was to enable client facing employees to understand the regulatory changes, master the changed processes and tools and put them into practice in a client context.

With many years of experience and broad-based knowledge in the financial industry Innobrain was chosen to be the competent partner in the didactic preparation of the training materials and the practice-oriented exercises.

The training sessions were conducted by professional Innobrain trainers in collaboration with business representatives in many EU and Swiss locations for more than 2'700 participants. The overall excellent feedback further underlined that Innobrain was the most suitable partner in this training project.
