Project description
Since the implementation of MiFID II in January 2018 for all bank clients with domicile Germany the financial institute saw the need to adjust its advisory tool landscape. The newly developed tool incorporates all the necessary process steps from completing an advisory case to executing a stock market order all in one procedure. This way error sources can be eliminated while also ensuring MiFID II compliance throughout.
The 2-hour training session was conceptualised and conducted as a virtual classroom for around 800 employees out of two segments. Innobrain created two software simulations for either segment which were used during the training sessions and additionally made available to the participants for exercise purposes after the training. As a result, the trainers were able to demonstrate the tool functionality 1:1 and the participants could practise in a realistic manner. Finally, the training material of both training versions was made available after the training, for self-practise purposes or for new joiners and recorded as a Screencast by Innobrain employees.
With many years of experience in the financial industry Innobrain is also a competent partner in the conduction of virtual classrooms, professional recording and production of visual video and audio material as well as developing software simulations for training and demonstration purposes.
